Talis Crew has made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate with height and weight, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, measurements are based on standard North American sizes. Please refer to the size guide for assistance.

Talis Crew will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

When you place an order on our website we shall email you an order confirmation email. Our acceptance of your order does not take place until despatch of the order, at which point the contract for the purchase of goods will be made and you will be charged.

Once you have checked out and you have received your order confirmation email you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the CONFIRM and PAY button.

We accept Paypal and Major International Credit Cards as listed on our website. Credit Cards will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch.Please note that all payments are subject to review.

*Prices are based on the United States currency. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit or debit card company. Please note that customers will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.

Most in-stock items ship within 24-48 hours of order placement and confirmation.

Delivery fees are paid by the customer however, Talis Crew gladly provides free shipping for purchase over $100 USD.

The delivery times and costs displayed in the shopping bag at the time of your order will reflect your shipping charges, and when you should expect to receive an order placed on that day. This information will also appear in your order confirmation email.

Please note that Talis Crew holds the right to change delivery times and shipping costs.

Enter in the promotional code to apply to your order. Please note that discounts and promotional pricing cannot be combined. Talis Crew has the right to terminate discounts and promotions without notice.

If you have inputed a promotional code and there is an error, please feel free to contact us at info@taliscrew.com and we will help you with processing your discount.

Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be detailed on the invoice.

We continually update our website. From time to time, Talis Crew may run special local promotions (which may not be available on our website) Additionally, some website promotions may not be available to customers in particular jurisdictions.

Promotional items are not available for return or exchange.

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you when we can restock as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

Talis Crew reserves the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
* The product ordered being unavailable from stock
* Our inability to obtain authorization of payment
* The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
* If we suspect any fraudulent activity

If there are any problems with your order, Talis Crew will contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all necessary measures to keep the details of your order and payment secure.

Talis Crew is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and users of our website.

Your personal information will never be shared with third parties and will only be used to process your order, using secure payment partner’s systems. For shipping, personal information must be given for tracking purposes. These details allow us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order. Please note that Talis Crew will not send private emails asking for private information.
“Phishing” is a scam designed to steal your personal information. If you receive an email that looks like it is from us asking you for your personal information, do not respond. We will never request your password, user name, credit card information or other personal information through email.

Talis Crew wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please try on clothing to see if it fits but for hygiene reasons please wear clean clothing underneath the Talis Crew garment. If your clothing purchase is the incorrect size we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange based on the following requirements:

All garments that are returned/exchanged items must be new, unworn and unwashed with all clothing tags still attached to garments. If you have removed the tags, unfortunately, we will be unable to accept the return. Garments must be returned with original packaging.

Returns: Garments must not been worn and returned with original packaging and labels in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt by postal delivery. You must first contact us at info@taliscrew.com and fill out our return form.

Exchanges: Garments must not been worn and returned with original packaging and labels in saleable condition within 30 days of receipt by postal delivery. You must first contact us at info@taliscrew.com and fill out our return form.

All postage costs for returning items will be at your expense unless there is a factory defect. Please contact us at info@taliscrew.com for complete details.

Notice: Talis Crew is void of all responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. Talis Crew highly recommends postal insurance and tracking services when sending the items.

Once we have received the returned products, Talis Crew will inspect the garment and follow up accordingly. Once approved, refunds or exchanges will be processed and you will be notified. Refunds will be credited back into the original account of payment.

Please ensure that you refer to our sizing charts for better understanding of fit. Talis Crew sizing is based on standard North American size charts.
